Completely satisfied! Contacted company yesterday afternoon to trim a large oak tree in our yard, and the job already has been completed. Service techs were courteous and efficient, and cleaned up all debris. Very happy with the price, too. It was a great value. Will definitely use again.

We had a great experience with this company! Both of the employees, Zach and Earl, were extremely nice and hard working! They got everything done very quickly as well! I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs stump grinding or tree removals done!

Honestly, it's sad to see a few bad reviews that people have left on an owner's business page and livelihood, when they are blown way out of proportion or are ridiculously exaggerated, especially when you know the owner/team to be stand up people! Alex and his crew came out to our home, removed a bunch of trees & bushes, cleaned up all of the mess that I had left behind and took care of a few extra things we forgot to mention before agreeing to a price, without an additional cost. The entire crew was professional, courteous, efficient and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. It's hard to find people now a days who do what they say they are going to do, when they say they will do it. Good luck finding one that will do it at a reasonable rate or without an extra charge. These guys were exceptional, and it would be a mistake to hire any other company. I will never take my business elsewhere, when it comes to land clearing/tree removal!!

I had the pleasure of hiring this company a second time to come out to my property and assist me with a huge oak tree removal which included stump grinding. The staff were experienced, efficient, and hard working. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge base. This company used state of the art equipment and finished project in a timely manner. I extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them

Alex quickly responded to my message I left on their web page, was out promptly with a reasonable estimate and Zack and crew were out following week removed a large oak tree between 2 houses, fences and landscaping. Did a great job! Also trimmed a very large much needed oak tree!Very professional gentlemen did the job with excellence and I highly recommend them for any of their services!Thank you!

Alex was quick to respond & had the best quote out of 3 companies I called or played phone tag with. His team was polite & professional. They removed a 20 yr old oak tree that was very close to my home & not one branch fell on or near my house. They were extremely careful & did an excellent job cleaning up the debris. I would highly recommend his services & shall probably be using him again in the near future.

I haven't actually used them, but, I've been working at Watertown Marina and today they are here working. I'm completely in shovk and astounded at the kind of work I watched them knock out from this morning until now, lunchtime. Professionally, organized and very clean! Amazing job guys!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend Southern Touch Tree Service to anyone needing trees cut or trimmed. I’ve had many of tree services at my house through the years that I would never allow to ever return. The guys here are professional and don’t have to be told what to do. They know their job well. But also caring for the tree being trimmed.

This wonderful company was quick to respond and survey our yard in a day and quote a good price. It was a complete cleanup of removing a dozen+ trees as well as overgrown brush remove a pressure treated wall fence and a chain link fence in less than a day and a half. The entire crew worked hard in the extreme heat of August even taking hours to rake all the smaller material. Alex communicated throughout the entire process and was always available. We will use this company again.

It was great to see a group of young fellas show up on time and ready to work. After a quick meet and greet of the crew, they asked about the best way to get to the work to be done. They followed instructions to the tee, set up shop and knock the work out in a timely fashion. It was easy to see that some people actually take pride in their work and asking me if what they did was what I was looking for & cleaning up very well after all was said and done. I’d like to also personally thank the crew for taking the time to educate me on a few plant and tree topics that I had absolutely no clue about. They were absolutely excellent all around. Quick work, great clean up and they didn’t mind take it a few minutes to chat. A most pleasant experience. VERY happy!

Alex and his team did a fantastic job with a very fair price. We had quite a bit of rock removed and a new landscape bed installed with edging and mulch. It looks wonderful. His team was on time, courteous, and thorough. Alex has also got to be the best communicator in the landscape business. It took weeks to get quotes from other companies, let alone the initial call back. With Southern Touch, we went from initial quote, within one day of inquiry, to finished job in under 3 weeks! He regularly checked in to make sure I was getting exactly what I hoped for out of the project, and has a very user friendly website to access the job quote and make the payments. I would highly recommend his company to others, in fact two of my neighbors contacted him for work once they saw the quality job he did for us!

I had a great experience with Southern Touch Tree Service. I bought a really nice home that was previously owned by very elderly folks who ended up having a lot of the yard overgrown and reclaimed by trees, shrubs, vines etc. The yard had been neglected for quite sometime and it showed. I called Southern Touch and Alex was out in no time to evaluate and give an estimate for several trees to be removed, stumps ground, bushes and brush removed and pushed back, and a few trees pruned and cared for. They came out within a week and within three days completely transformed the yard and home! We are now in phase two for leveling and grading the yard and I'm really excited to see the final product. The estimate was right in the middle of the range I was looking for and I was very happy to get started. Overall, I would highly recommend Alex and Southern Touch, they did an amazing job, were super friendly, pricing was on point and response time was incredible. Definitely recommend!

I have not had any work done. I don't own a home or rent a place that allows plants or any gardening by residents. I saw the ad and like the pictures and gave them stars because I simply like the energy from the pictures. If I had a place for such beauty I'd hire them. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Had Southern clear out several acres of overgrown areas on my farm. They did what I wanted and did it well and efficiently. The crew that came out was great. Good people. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. This job was just phase 1 of my clearing project. Southern will be called to do phase 2.

We had a 45 foot pine tree leaning precariously across our roof. After a quick call to Alex, he sent out a three-man crew and the most high-tech, robotic equipment I did not know even existed. The crew was professional, congenial, and explained all the techniques they were using to remove the tree. What a great experience to have such a company in our area, and with such speedy service. Couldn't be happier, and will recommend Alex's company to anyone seeking tree services. And thanks to Scott, Eli, and Joey for being true "pro's".
